In the Uriach Group we are aware that our success is shared by all members of the organisation. With the highest qualification and professional approach in each area, all our colleagues contribute from their work post to achieving the set targets and goals. Therefore, we work constantly to incorporate new talents, and then enhance and retain them so that they complete their professional development.

To manage the human team, we develop programs for identifying the skills of each professional, so that these can then be maximised. By developing Human Resource policies, we are aiming for both the professional and personal improvement of all our colleagues, and to broaden the areas of experience in the various departments. We create synergies between them and promote their mutual co-operation. Similarly, the development programs aim to integrate colleagues into the Corporate Culture of the Uriach Group, and enhance the overall feeling of belonging.

The Uriach Group has developed an Equal Opportunities Plan that promotes the diversity within the Organisation. A set of measures are applied and the actions agreed upon with the teams are followed-up.

In 2010, the Uriach Group set up a new Reception Plan that helps colleagues to adapt to their new work post, personalising the way people integrate into the teams in a dynamic way, and according to the context of each business area.

The organisation considers that an agreeable and positive working environment is essential, where personal skills are enhanced and work is managed in a team. This is the only way to achieve our company's targets and goals.

  • Knowledge management within the Uriach Group includes a documentation centre that is available to all colleagues, via the In-house Library and the Uriach Foundation 1838.
