The organisational structure responds to the diversification needs of the businesses in which the Uriach Group is active.

In this respect, each Business Unit will mark the strategy to follow, based on a series of master action lines, which are aligned with the Corporate Governance Bodies. The Corporate Service areas will provide the appropriate service for carrying out the plans of action, while seeking to optimise processes, availing of possible synergies and increasing agility so as to facilitate decision making.

This structure enables us to be dynamic and competitive within the sectors where the Uriach Group is active.
