Our premises in Palau-Solità i Plegamans, in the province of Barcelona, represent an enormous jump in terms of the company's technological quality and productivity. The structure, which was inaugurated in 2002, has a total of 32.000 sqm. dedicated to production and research.

Production facilities

The latest technological developments applied to industrial constructions, means our plant is totally isolated. This facilitates, in turn, any technical intervention that may be required from the outside, both quickly and effectively. All without affecting the environmental quality of the production areas and minimising the idle times in these processes.

Our premises include, also, all the technology necessary to manufacturing tablets, capsules, coated pills, coated tablets, effervescent tablets, pellets, sachets, creams and lotions.

The premises also include the Gallenic Development Pilot Plant. This centre congregates the development projects of new products, improvement processes, etc.

Quality Guarantee

All the operations are carried out according to current manufacturing rules (GMP), and are inspected and certified by national authorities.

The Quality Guarantee Unit is responsible for managing the implementation and follow-up of the Quality System that affects the whole company.

Safety and Environment

The pharmaceutical plant has been awarded the ISO 14.001 standard certificate for environment management systems.
