Our very own management and leadership model

We believe all our top and middle managers should display leadership to inspire our employees, boost their talent and infuse them with confidence and motivation.

We are convinced that results are achieved thanks to people, whose tremendous reservoir of skills and talent can reach amazing heights if we are committed and full of passion for our job and our common project.

Leadership has to create a high-performance environment that strikes a balance between two aspects. Drawing an analogy with computing, these aspects are: hardware (vision, plans, objectives, very clear ideas, precision, discipline, action, assessments based on indicators, facts and figures, demand, responsibility…) and software (people's development, motivation, intensity, passion and commitment).

None of these two aspects is complete without the other, whereas a combination of both yields the best results.
